Teen Counseling
Is your teenager feeling overwhelmed by the ups and downs of adolescence, like stress, anxiety, or friend drama? Teen counseling is a safe space where your teen can talk to a trusted adult, learn coping skills, and get the support needed to thrive during this unpredictable time in life.

I would be honored to support your teen process challenging experiences and grow into wellness.
Relationship Challenges
Do you find expressing your emotions verbally to be challenging?
Are shutdowns and/or outbursts in relationships more frequent than vulnerable conversations? Relationship counseling can support individuals or couples with better communication and deeper connection.

I support clients in identifying emotions, developing boundaries, and practicing communication.
Grief & Loss
Did you experience an unexpected death, loss of a deep relationship, or overwhelming news? Are your symptoms feeling uncontrollable and suddenly approaching? Grief counseling supports you in your most vulnerable state to honor the loss and restore life's joys.

I walk alongside clients to recognize triggers, give words to their loss, and regulate grief's expressions.
About Evan
My professional career has included working with adolescents, young adults, older adults, couples, families, and groups. I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Grief and loss, identity development, emotional awareness, life transitions, burnout mitigation, sexuality, spirituality considerations, and relationship concerns are a few of the most frequent presenting concerns I work with. All are welcome and affirmed in my office.

I value client's autonomy, follow each person's goals, and collaborate with gentle challenge. Clients often say they feel heard and able to express experiences they have not felt safe to do so outside my office.
I value a therapeutic relationship with clients that does not shy away from uncomfortable topics while ensuring each client's cultural values are respected.

Beyond client work, I am passionate about spending time with my family, monthly supper club, game nights with friends, traveling, watching “Survivor,” reading, exercising, and advocating for folks whose voices are frequently silenced.
I'm here to help.
